Free yourself from the complicated and excessive manual process of managing accounts receivable and payable for your established network of vendors and clients. The SAFE Payment Network enables you to eliminate the high cost of credit cards and the manual administration of checks and vouchers. SAFE enables the establishment of unique terms of settlement with the companies that you do business with on a regular basis; your own private payments network.

SAFE is a low-cost payment alternative. SAFE provides an online, secure payment with the reporting and transparency that you need. SAFE eliminates the arduous manual processing of checks and paper invoices and avoids the hidden fees and billbacks of credit cards.

How Does it Work?

SAFE is a secure, hosted network - you and your clients simply set up an account and use as a replacement for credit card payments. As the Network Manager you define terms of payment for each client. Clients simply log-on, click and pay – and you have robust back-end reporting. For your corporate clients, they are able to allocate to specific departments, abide by preset departmental limits and have quick reporting on monthly, quarterly and ongoing spend.

Benefits to the Provider:

  • Eliminate the manual labor, processing and reconciliation associated with paper checks and invoicing. To generate, issue, invoice, receive and process a check, the actual cost of check-based AR is up to 25% of the payment.
  • Eliminate the high cost of processing credit card payments. On average, credit card charges for a $200 order range upwards of 3.5% of the payment
  • Robust reporting for you and your client, by department, by billing code, by transaction type and more
  • Clients can pre-authorize spending limits enabling more flexible ordering
  • Clients receive consolidated invoicing and aggregated statements
