Ann Taylor Increases Food Service Sales in Café With the FreedomPay Commerce Platform

- All Ann Taylor employees receive a discount on quality Ann Taylor clothing. The team wanted to increase sales in the café by offering VIP Members an additional discount on clothing.
- THE SOLUTION
- Ann Taylor rolled our FreedomPay Stored Value inside its cafés and saw a 20% increase in café sales, driven largely as a result of its VIP Members. VIP Members make up 10% of the Member base, but account for 71% of sales. The VIP average ticket is 27% higher than that of regular members, and VIP Members visit the café 3 times more often than regular members.
