FreedomPay, Inc., global leader in payment and commerce technologies, recently relocated its headquarters to the newly developed FMC Tower at Cira Centre South, in the University City neighborhood of downtown Philadelphia. The 24,799 square feet of sleek space is the ideal hub for innovation, making FreedomPay the perfect suitor. A 725′ Vertical Neighborhood, FMC Tower is an office, residential, hotel, restaurant and elevated outdoor space that enhances the city with its progressive design.
As a rapidly growing company, FreedomPay is pleased to be able to settle in and welcome clients to such a cutting-edge, spacious new environment. The move has other benefits as well. FreedomPay plans to be a leader in the city’s expanding technology scene by offering potential for co-ops and work study programs with area universities. Deeply committed to delivering the most innovative technology solutions for today’s complex global commerce market, FreedomPay looks forward to welcoming and training the next generation of talent in the region.
“We have been a client of Brandywine for many years and have been tracking the FMC Tower project,” explains Tom Durovsik, Founder and CEO at FreedomPay, of the process of switching headquarters. “Our decision to move into Philadelphia is a vote of confidence for the city itself and our desire to become an integral part of Philadelphia’s emerging tech presence.”
FreedomPay is pleased to support the local arts scene in Philadelphia, commissioning works by Nate Harris, Meredith Sellers, and the True Hand Society. FreedomPay has commissioned a pair of works from Nate tentatively titled “The Developers.” He will be visiting the office in the coming weeks to meet the team. From Meredith, FreedomPay is purchasing one of her early works that will be hung in an 8’X6′ glass box frame, in truly monumental scale. Finally, FreedomPay has commissioned 5 works from True Hand, including a FreedomPay coat of arms, a coin, a framed work titled “100 logos,” which will be their take on our logo. Artists from True Hand will be onsite painting a largescale mural.
The company is moving almost 150 employees into the new FMC Tower headquarters. In addition to its new North American headquarters, FreedomPay manages west coast operations from Las Vegas, Nevada. The company is also expanding throughout the European Union, Latin America and Asia Pacific countries.
