List of FreedomPay Subprocessors
Overview
FreedomPay, Inc. and its subsidiaries may engage third-party processors
(“Subprocessors”) to process certain personal data to help deliver our
services. This page is intended to provide a list of engaged and authorized
subprocessors, and provide information on the location and purpose of
processing. FreedomPay, Inc. shall update this page upon the engagement of a
new subprocessor. FreedomPay, Inc. only engages sub-processors which follow
strict data privacy and protection protocols, and binds all subprocessors
with contractual obligations to maintain security practices equal to or
greater than FreedomPay, Inc. and our subsidiaries maintain. For questions

FreedomPay Entities
FreedomPay entities as Subprocessors: FreedomPay, Inc. and its subsidiaries
identified below (each, a “FreedomPay Subsidiary” and collectively,
“FreedomPay Subsidiaries”) provide services and equipment in various regions
and countries around the world. FreedomPay and each FreedomPay Subsidiary
may leverage the subprocessors listed above to provide services and
equipment, and FreedomPay and FreedomPay Subsidiaries themselves may
function as subprocessors. In all instances, FreedomPay Subsidiaries send
data to FreedomPay Inc., for processing in the United States.
